A headache is pain or discomfort in the head, scalp, or neck, usually associated with muscle tightness in these areas.But it can be revealed with some simple tips.


1  Try pinching the top of your nose and after some time pain will be gone.


2. Close your eyes and slowly breath and pinch the area between you thumb and index finger of one of your hand.


3 . Keep yourself hydrated with water and any hot herbal tea will release headache instantly.


4  If you are tensed and it cause headache then keep a lead pencil between your teeth and bite it. your facial muscle will relax and resale tension and pain.


5 . If you have sever headache then wrap a moist hot towel around your neck, forehead and back of the head.


6 . Drink coffee or tea, it contains caffeine which helps in releasing headache.
