Winter weather, harsh soap, hot water or any bad health condition can cause build up of dead skin cells on the surface of  face or any other body parts like feet, elbow or knees. Exfoliation is the process of removing dead skin cells from epidermis which reveals fresh skin cells and restore glow of skin. Scrubbing is the way use to exfoliate skin cells. But question is what product is used for scrubbing. There are many products available in market but there are some products which are always available in your home. So take benefit out of these products and exfoliate your skin with natural products.


1. Baking soda is a best exfoliating agent. Mix some water in baking soda and apply it on your skin for 3 or 4 minutes. It will gently remove all dead cells form your skin without leaving it dry.

2. Papaya is also used as exfoliation. peel off the papaya and mash it. Apply this mashed papaya on your face. it removes dead cells also smothers skin.

3.Mixture of table salt and toothpaste is also good exfoliating agent. It also helps in removing black heads from your nose.

4. Yogurt has lactic acid which helps in removing dead skin cells.Apply yogurt for 15minutes and wash your face with Luce warm water.

5.Egg white is the best exfoliating agent. Apply Egg white on your face and cover it with tissue paper when it dries peel off the tissue paper from your face. All dead skin cells will be removed with egg white.


Precautions


  •  Massage for exfoliation is always done in anti clock wise.
  • Always apply moisturizer after exfoliation.

  3. The salt and toothpaste one REALLY WORKS! I added a bit of peppermint oil and olive oil and scrubbed it on and when I rinsed it off, my skin was tingly, smooth and remarkably clear! Love it! Definitely adding it to my skin regimine!
