  • One  cup of plain warm water in the morning and one at night | stimulates bowl movement
  • Drink soaked figs water ( 3 dried figs soaked in one glass of water for 12 hours) and eat soaked figs | softens the stool and prevents rectal bleeding
  • 3 cups of any type of organic tea ( green tea, chamomile tea, lemon grass)  without milk in a whole day | keeps you hydrated

 Eat a serving of high-fiber food

Try these foods that are high in fiber:

  • oats
  • whole-grain bread or cereal
  • fibrous veggies and fruits
  • brown rice and beans
  • prunes and figs

Use Lubricant Laxatives orally to make Bowl movement Easy

allowing stool to move through your colon and out of your body more easily.
