SO there are some home remedies which comfort you form exhaustion and weakness caused by cold and help u recover soon.


1.Mix two tea spoon of lemon juice in one table spoon of honey and take it.


2.Take 6 to 7 crushed black pepper and take it with water before sleep.

3.Take one glass of water add one spoon of honey and one spoon of ginger juice.

4. If you feel server headache then boil two eggs. Eat them with salt and black pepper and after eating eggs take one cup of  hot tea.

5. If your feel soar throat and stuffy nose then take vics steam or pepper mint steam. It makes breathing easy.

6.Take fresh orange juice. It helps in lowering fever and stops sneezing.
